All our gelatos are prepared in the Giannino Cafè 1899 laboratory in Interlaken, using selected ingredients and artisanal methods. We use only the highest quality raw materials: Bronte pistachios, Piedmont hazelnuts, local fresh milk, and authentic Swiss chocolate.
